Notice for New Patients
Effective immediately, all new patients will be scheduled with a Physician Assistant (PA). At this time, our PAs are the only providers currently accepting new patients.
If you have a preferred PA, please indicate their name on your intake paperwork. Otherwise, you will be scheduled with the first available PA.
