Our practice utilizes a team-based approached to care for our patients. Through that shared responsibility, our patients have better access to care when they need to be seen quickly. We do not want our patient to feel like their only option is urgent care or a walk-in clinic for same day appointments.

SERVICES OFFERED

We specialize in internal and family medicine seeing patients ages 18 and up. Not only do we see new and established patients for their acute and chronic illnesses; we perform a multitude of services! From EKG’s, and minor procedures, to pap smears, A1C’s, sleep studies and the removal of ingrown toenails.

INSURANCE ACCEPTED

Our office accepts most insurances, however, we do not accept any HMO plans. As a courtesy, we will verify and file your claim with your insurance carrier but this does not guarantee payment. You are responsible for payment of any deductible, co-payment/co-insurance, and any non-covered services as determined by your contract with your insurance carrier. Self pay rates are available for patients without insurance.

ESTABLISHED PATIENTS

If you are a current patient needing to schedule, please click on the button below. This will notify our scheduling team via email that you are in need of an appointment–you will need to provide your name, date of birth, phone number and the reason for the appointment. Please allow us 24 hours to complete your request. Requests made on the weekend will not be received until the next business day. If you prefer not to wait, please call the office to speak to our scheduling team.

NEW PATIENTS

Once received and reviewed, our scheduling team will contact you to schedule. We will do our best to get you in as soon as possible. Our providers only see patients over the age of 18–we will not treat minors.
